ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between TMI Worldwide (“TMI Worldwide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Client,” “Passenger,” or “you”). By visiting the TMI Worldwide website, booking travel, participating in a group trip, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party.
You warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to make travel bookings with TMI Worldwide. You agree to be financially responsible for all travel bookings made through TMI Worldwide, whether for yourself or for others you are authorized to represent. You agree to make only legitimate reservations and acknowledge that speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings are prohibited.
All bookings are accepted by TMI Worldwide solely as agent for third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”). Separate Supplier terms and conditions apply to your travel arrangements, and by booking through TMI Worldwide you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of each applicable Supplier.
TMI Worldwide is an independent affiliate of Andavo Travel.
ROLE OF TMI WORLDWIDE
TMI Worldwide acts exclusively as a travel advisor and booking agent. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, activity providers, venues, or other Suppliers. All travel services are provided by independent Suppliers, and TMI Worldwide is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance.
GROUP TRAVEL & ITINERARY FLEXIBILITY
Group travel requires flexibility. By participating in a group trip, you acknowledge that itineraries, timing, accommodations, seating, transportation, and activities may be modified due to operational needs, weather, supplier constraints, safety considerations, or group dynamics. Individual preferences cannot be guaranteed, and such modifications do not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for refund.
RISKS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation delays, weather conditions, water-based activities, animal encounters, physical exertion, local conditions, illness, and unforeseen events. Certain destinations and activities may involve greater risk than others.
By booking travel through TMI Worldwide, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that your participation is at your own risk. TMI Worldwide does not represent or warrant that travel to any destination is advisable or risk-free and shall not be liable for damages, losses, injuries, or costs resulting from such risks.

MEDICAL FITNESS & PARTICIPATION
You affirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in your booked travel and activities. You are solely responsible for determining whether any activity is suitable for you based on your health, fitness, or medical condition. No refunds will be issued for non-participation due to illness, injury, or personal limitations.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION & IDENTIFICATION
It is your responsibility to obtain and carry all required travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and identification. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date.
The name, date of birth, and sex listed on your booking must match your government-issued identification exactly. Any discrepancies may result in denied boarding, delays, missed travel components, or additional fees, all of which are the Client’s responsibility.
Non-U.S. citizens may require additional documentation. Failure to obtain required documents is not the responsibility of TMI Worldwide.
HEALTH & IMMUNIZATIONS
You are responsible for meeting all health and vaccination requirements for your destination. TMI Worldwide does not verify medical documentation and assumes no responsibility for denied entry or health-related travel interruptions.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and offered separately. Insurance may cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, and other losses. Without insurance, you assume full financial risk for cancellations, delays, or interruptions.
If you decline insurance, you may be required to execute an insurance waiver. TMI Worldwide is not an insurance provider and does not guarantee claim approval.
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & CHARGEBACKS
All payments are subject to Supplier terms. Many bookings are non-refundable once deposited. Cancellation penalties may equal up to 100% of trip cost.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks except in cases of fraud. Any chargeback attempts may result in recovery of associated costs, including attorney fees.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TMI Worldwide shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense resulting from the acts or omissions of any Supplier or from circumstances beyond our control. Any liability, if imposed, shall be limited to the amount of commissions or fees actually received by TMI Worldwide.
FORCE MAJEURE
TMI Worldwide shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or supplier failures. In such cases, refunds are subject solely to Supplier policies.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT & MODIFICATIONS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TMI Worldwide and supersede all prior communications. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting.
